Flourless Chocolate Pumpkin Brownies!!!
Ingredients:
1 Cup fresh or canned pumpkin
1/2 cup almond butter
4 egg whites
1 cup Agave sweetener (syrup)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup extra dark chocolate chips (at least 65%)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Step 1 - Into large mixing bowl, add each ingredient one at a time. Whisk each ingredient until completely mixed before adding the next. Continue this process until you have batter ready to pour and bake. It will be a light and airy batter similar to cake mix.....this will not be thick.
Step 2 - Pour into prepared oiled square baking pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes. I start checking the brownie at 30 min. Insert knife into center and when it comes out clean... brownies are done.
Step 3 - Let brownies rest for 15 minutes before slicing. These will be very moist and light
Enjoy with some vanilla non fat yogurt too!!!

Health Benefits of Agave Nectar
Swap your traditional syrup with Agave! Swap white sugar in your coffee for Agave! Swap white sugar when you bake with Agave! WHY?
One of the most health-promoting properties of Agave nectar is its favorable glycemic profile. Its sweetness comes primarily from a complex form of fructose called inulin. Fructose is the sugar that occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables. The carbohydrate in agave has a low glycemic index, which provides sweetness without the "sugar rush" and unhealthful blood sugar spike caused by many other sugars.
Other benefits include:
-Calcium absorption for bone density and overall health
-Calories counts show that cup for cup, agave comes in MUCH LOWER than conventional sugar (savings around 300 calories per cup)
-Immunity boost and increased energy levels due to cutting down on processed food and replacing with nutritional value

The Top 7 Muscle Building Exercises
While some machines and cables can be beneficial, they are rarely as good as their barbell or dumbbell counterparts.
1. Squats - No workout should be without deep squats. They are performed with a barbell.
2. Deadlifts - Second only to squats in effectiveness. Barbell only exercise
3. Dips - Dips work the shoulders, chest and tricpes.
4. Pull Ups - Great exercise for the back and biceps
5. Bench Press - An upper body staple exercise.
6. Overhead Press - Nearly all seated and standing dumbell and barbell overhead presses are solid choices.
7. Rows - Both barbell and dumbbell rows are tremendous upper back exercises

Stay Younger Longer
WHEN IS YOUR BODY IN ITS PRIME?
Age 26, according to new research in Age: Journal of the American Aging Association, which found that elite runners clocked their best times during that sweet-spot year. "Muscle protein production steadily declines as we age, thus muscles naturally become somewhat weaker," explains John Porcari, Ph.D. So bottom line is to stay active!! If you do, your body ages at least 80% slower compared with those that are sedentary. Exercise for 30 minutes on most days and weight train two to three days a week!!!!
